There are quite a few different models in the Origins of Life and ALife communities. We want to try to organize and describe as much as we can about these models to put them in a shared context, and to make available analytical tools to help compare results across these different simulations (much in the way that climatology has aggregated various models together for shared analysis). 

MOL maintains a GitHub repository of example and research codes of many of these models. We will link to specific repositories implementing each model we discuss here as code becomes available. We encourage contribution of implementation of these models and others relevant to Origins of Life research.
